WISE Cooling & Heating has been providing heating & air conditioning installation and repair since 1999. Upon opening, Wise Mechanical has been obsessed with providing the high quality services our customers deserve. We are a family-owned and operated business serving locally across the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree areas. However, we service the majority of the valley.

We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured service provider contractor with a commitment to offering honest and clean services. We work on residential homes as well as commercial buildings and properties, offering sales, servicing, installations and repairs for all major manufacturer brands.

As Arizona natives, we know the importance of keeping cool in the summer and staying comfortable in the winter. We take pride in the fact that we won't sell you anything that you don't need, and we strive to offer the best customer service in the industry.

Very professional approach to our problems..within a short period of time the issue was resolved! I asked Joe Wise (the owner) if he like do a check our HVAC units for wintertime..he suggested I wait until it got colder & he would check at that time! I appreciated his honest approach as he indicated I'd be better waiting!

WISE Cooling & Heating was established in 1999. Prior to then, Joe Wise had worked with his father, Nels, who was in the business himself for 30+ years, and gained much valuable knowledge. Over the past 23 years, he has expanded the business to many parts of the valley to provide quality service. Joe greatly values and encourages great pride in workmanship, and also strives for outstanding customer satisfaction.
