Current Opening: LEAD HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We’re seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician who will take the reins on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems for our residential and light commercial clients. You’ll be the go-to expert in the field, driving first-rate workmanship while guiding less-experienced team members.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment for residential and light commercial clients

Identify potential issues before they become major problems, communicating recommendations clearly

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls when needed

Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures

Deliver exceptional customer service, providing honest advice and clear explanations

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC service technician, ideally in a lead or senior role

Strong knowledge of various HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices

EPA certification (and other relevant credentials) strongly preferred

Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset

Effective communication skills for both clients and colleagues

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
