Got a call from the office telling me he would be early. Through testing the furnace, he concluded the control board was bad. WISE ordered a new board and set a time to replace it. Anthony showed up in the estimated time window, replaced the board and a few extra parts American Standard sent. The air handler/furnace now works as it did when new..."
